The ordering process here is simple. You place your order, send us your artwork and payment, and once your artwork is approved your buttons/magnets will be made and shipped. Most orders are made within 24 hours of artwork approval. General Information Prices for buttons and magnets are the same whether the designs are full color or black and white. For every 100 buttons that you order, you may use up to 5 designs. All designs will be printed on a color laser printer to ensure a high quality, long lasting image. All buttons and magnets are made on a Tecre button press with Tecre button parts, which are of professional quality. Ordering Once you have decided on the number of buttons or magnets you would like to order, go to the "place an order" page, where you will add items to you cart and check out through PayPal. Payment must be made for your order immediately, and work will not begin on your order until payment is made in full. As soon as you make your purchase, you may send us your artwork at orders@marajanecreations.com. Please be sure to use the same email address that you included on your order form, and include your full name with the artwork email. Payment The checkout process will take you through PayPal, where we accept all PayPal Payments, including credit cards. Designs A template is available for you to use in designing your artwork, which should be in .jpg or .psd format, (and is best if it is in CMYK colors). These are available for download on the "templates" page. The artwork should be by you; it should also be at 300dpi and follow the guidelines that I have provided in our template. If you wish to add edge text you may do so with the .psd template. We can also add edge text to your design at no charge. Proofs of any changes made to a customer's original design will be sent for customer approval before button/magnet production will begin. For every 100 buttons that you are purchasing, you may use up to five (5) designs. Any number of designs over this limit will incur a flat $2 fee, due by the customer before production will begin. IMPORTANT: When you send your artwork, the button designs absolutely need to be print-ready. The images should be circular and fit inside the template. The part that you want on the front of the button should fit in the "image goes here" area, and the background must go to the outer edge of the bleed area, or your buttons will look sloppy. If you don't think you're ready to design your own artwork, feel free to contact us for pricing information. We will keep all of your artwork in our system in order to make things simpler for repeat customers, but you can always use different artwork for new orders if you wish. Please note that we will not work with copyrighted images (unless they are your own); for example: movie/cartoon characters, celebrities, or famous photographs. Shipping All packages will be shipped with delivery confirmation services. I am not responsible for items lost in the mail, so if you'd like insurance for your order, please let me know when you are placing your order. Please also let us know if you need expedited shipping services such as Priority Mail. Sales Tax Iowa residents will be subject to sales tax. Returns / Refunds We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items. But trust us, you won't need to worry about it - we're sure you'll love your products.
